There is nothing compared with life on an island. It is both my workplace and vacation site.

Used to be very keen in playing Australian Rules Football, tennis and basketball. I now do daily walks of 5 kilometers.but can still play a game of tennis.

I am very keen in watching historical films, live sports shows such as boxing, thrillers and really good martial arts videos.

I play chess sometimes, scrabble and jigsaw puzzles.

Stock selection should be based on the strengths of the targeted company(s) now and in the future. Any weaknesses without possible rectification should be a primary determining yardstick for not investing in the company or companies.

What is your favorite techno gadget?
tsservices:
My laptop is my favorite techno gadget. It is a 'Maverick' for any kind of task especially the preparation and efficient writing up of articles and blogs.

What technology do you wish the world had but doesn't yet?
tsservices:
A super outer space camera that can zoom in anywhere in the world and be able to pinpoint exactly where clandestine drug operations are occurring, and the capability of eliminating them.

I was born on the island of Marakei in Kiribati on 16 July 1946. I m married to my wife of 38 years with 9 grown up children. How I Invest

My strategy in investment will be a 3 pronged approach. First, I will invest in strong established companies that have strong commitment to research. Keep abreast of their research activities and potential of their new products. I will target mining energy and communication companies. Second, I will identify and select an assortment of middle rank companies which have real potential for growth and are also research oriented. Third, invest in established and potentially lucrative companies that are not so obvious but have unlimited returns such as communication networks
