My dentist recommended taking 3 200 mg Ibuprofen and 1 500mg Tylenol. It works as well as Vicodin without making me loopy. I've since tried it with fewer IB and it also seems to work well.

Still here. Retired from one part time job - except for about two hours a month doing some bookkeeping. Still seasonal part time doing taxes - but working two tax offices and its been more than 40 hours a week since the first of the year.

Thanks, but in the compose window, I didn't have a file/view/etc menu. I just did a little googling and found an old fix that said to use Control F10 and doing so allowed me to get the default back. So, I'm good to go again.
