Chicago Bridge & Iron's decline started in June and persisted throughout Q3. It's only recovered a bit after Q3 earnings report in Oct. It's a good possibility BRK increased position in CBI.

The Jan 2015 options are non-standard. You do not get the standard 100 shares per contract, there is some cash also involved. Those were original JEF leaps converted to LUK.
