And yet most of Europe has banned such foods.

And most ban washing of eggs. Which is required here (and then requires refrigeration). Which is safer?

Re: GMO

Almost universally, our food labeling requirements provide that that type of information is voluntary.

Except that there is little or no enforcement of the voluntary labeling claims. Nor good definitions, because without enforcement, [more]

Re: OT:$16,034.00 MRI Fees=Buy SIEGY

In December, and again in April, I had a CT Scan at a hospital as out-patient, under Medicare. Each was about:

Hospital charged = $3,501.60
Medicare paid = $73.34
My co-pay = $47.18

So each $3500 was settled for about $120 [more]

Re: GMO

Most of my shopping is in the produce aisle. I don't buy much processed food or food that comes in bottles or cans. But when I do, I want to know what's in it that I'm buying.

Do you buy broccoli, cauliflower, kohlrabi, brussel [more]

Again, if GMO foods are so safe, they should be happy to label them as containing GMOs.

Let's also require those labels to list pesticides and herbicides used.

And, BTW, a recent survey found that over 80 percent of Americans [more]

I'm guessing pizza isn't one of them.

You'd be wrong. There are a number of ways to make a low-carb pizza. Cheese as a crust. Riced cauliflower as a crust. Low carb tortilla as a crust (my favorite). You can even lay down a crust of [more]
