I don't know that it was halt-worthy, but it might have been enough to keep a company like YONG that was already halted (at least partially for not filing [more]

Someone on the Yahoo board had a good catch that YONG filed a new amendment to the 10-K today. I took a look and it's mostly updated biographical details on the officers and directors.

ABAX extends financing to May 15th

While I still think if there is a deal, financing won't be a problem so this is almost a non-event, but for anyone that was worried about the April 15th deadline for trading to resume, YONG's press release today says it is extended to May 15th.

That is true, but if they can do a deal at a great price for the buyers (e.g. anything $10 or less), I doubt they will have any problem getting new financing, regardless of when it happens.
