I was not meant to be a lawyer. I wish that I had spent law school tuition on real estate in Georgetown or Capitol Hill.

My Story

Pretty basic: I love to read and write about personal finance, investments and economics.

How I Invest

I look for a healthy income component. If it is a stock, there must be a strong dividend. If it is real estate, the rental income must cover the mortgage.
