Ha sheila! that was actually the first question I got asked when I defended my thesis. Sure enough it's not a vitamin but nonetheless qualified me for a phd in nutrition. My thesis was on vitamin D and birth outcomes.

thanks, I just defended my dissertation a couple weeks ago. Reading your post don't think that we disagree--irrespective of what the levels are of lifeguards, which no doubt would be a range-- the bottom line is that OP's levels are not toxic. [more]

When you say your level is 57 I assume it is in ng/mL which translates to 142 nmol/L which is within the range of levels that lifeguards have in the summer, or African pastoralists living under the same conditions as we likely evolved under have. For [more]
