Macy's carries Martha Stewart enameled pots, up to 8 quarts. Just as good as the more expensive ones, IMO.

You have to wait for a macy's sale, which is usually one weekend or two a month.

Agree that external management is always a concern. They have provided that the REIT can go to internal management and pay the external managers an exit fee of three years worth of fees. That for getting the REIT up and running is reasonable enough. [more]
