Investing Expertise

My Area of Expertise:
Knowing that there's always more to learn...
Greatest Investment:
An escalating rate CD bought just before the 2000 crash.
Worst Investment:
Not putting more money into that escalating rate CD.
Money I Manage:
Not enough to justify all the time I spend at TMF...

Personal Quote:
I've been a self-directed investor since 1994, and have been learning from TMF since 1997. I consider my core competency to be in valuation-oriented analysis, but I look for companies that exhibit a combination of value and continued capacity for growth. (Used to post on the TMF boards as hedden, for those interested.)
