I'd love to see daily--even better, weekly!--menus that are completely dairy and grain-free. I can wrap my mind around dairy and grain free meals, but whole days and weeks are hard to picture

Can you spread your clarified butter on a slice of bread? Buttered bread is a strong comfort food for me. I picked up a bottle of CB but figured it was too liquid to use like that and would be used in cooking. I tend to like my steamed veggies [more]

Interesting how bodies differ. Mine hums along like a fine tuned machine on cheese (& other fats), but reacts violently to carbs. Bloating, weight gain, headaches, skin problems etc.
