Sears Tractor

I have a Sears Tractor. It would not start - just a small click and then nothing. Here is what I have tried so far.

I would say yes. If you do not the IRS will get it - assume no expenses to offset it and say they owe tax on it all.

Warn them to be careful going forward. They have to claim ALL income they receive if they receive a 1099 or [more]

I seem to recall that you can set up an LLC - Have the IRA invest in the LLC and the LLC can be controlled by you. I would contact someone locally well versed in this subject before trying anything.
