Original Heinz purchase: 4.25

Value of total holding after deal is done given todays price:

320mm x (81-16.50) = 20.6B

Less the 5.2B [more]

I believe that there are annuity products where you pay a fixed amount now and you get paid back starting very late in life. Kind of an insurance policy against living too long or outliving your savings. That seems like an especially good idea for [more]
