Rhubarb

We should have our first crop of rhubarb this year. Does anyone have any recipes that don't have tons of sugar in them. Surely it is used somewhere other than deserts.

I know it isn't possible, but I wish the restaurants would pay a fair wage and mark the prices up so we could get away wit tipping.
When I was in college 10$ was a good tip, now even 15% isn't considered adequate in some places.
