It's the reaction to their monthly sales release I suspect. Have said many times before, this is a business WEB should have taken out. A bit more predictable than IBM. Of course, the stock rarely if ever goes on sale.

Buffett in way over his head on this one. Should have repurchased Berkshire instead of this dud. Isn't Warren's IBM cost basis around $170/share?

Keep telling yourself that. The long term returns do not justify the risk of holding one stock vs the market. When Buffett moves on to greener pastures another huge leg down is not out of the question.

Berkshire now down 15% YTD

As I said before this is not a safe harbor in a storm. If you think the US Economy is going down this isn't the stock to hold given Berkshire's massive exposure to banking, transportation, manufacturing, etc.
