My Story
Christopher Barker -- aka TMFSinchiruna -- is an anthropologist by training, a USCG-certified captain of 100-ton vessels by way of a tangent, and a thorough observer of precious metal and commodity markets because all roads led to Rome.
Now home again in his native New England, Christopher has spent time living and working among tribal communities of the Amazon rainforest and the cloud forests of Costa Rica, as well as with communities closer to home.
He has served as executive director of a start-up company providing study-abroad experiences in the Hawaiian archipelago, and as an archivist for declassified documents pertaining to nuclear weapons testing programs in the Pacific Islands.
When not ensuring future blindness by staring at his laptop screen, Christopher enjoys sailing with his family. [including his dog GG, who is so named because she's a "good girl," and not because her owner thinks the ticker GG is a great choice for gold exposure].
Christopher tweets links to every published article or CAPS blog post, and hopes you'll drop by his blog and say hello.

Christopher developed a second CAPS profile under the alias "silverminer" to restore a more targeted focus on tracking precious metal equities and related commodity plays. Please add both CAPS profiles to your favorites list to keep track of his recommendations as they shift.
