How I Invest

I look to invest in companies that have a combination of the following characteristics: (1) Their industry and addressable market opportunity is large and/or growing quickly (2) They enjoy inherent advantages over their competition (3) The company generates favorable - and sustainable - economic returns (margins, ROE, ROIC, etc.) (4) The management team is invested in the company's success (financially and otherwise) and is shareholder-friendly (5) The company is in good financial health (6) The market price represents a favorable risk/reward dynamic for long-term investors
