How I Invest

I look to invest in companies that have a combination of the following characteristics: (1) Their industry and addressable market opportunity is large and growing (2) They are the largest player in their industry or enjoy inherent advantages over their competition (3) The company generates favorable - and sustainable - economic returns (margins, ROE, ROIC, etc.) (4) The management team is invested in the company's success (financially and otherwise) and is shareholder-friendly (5) The company is in good financial health (6) The market price represents a favorable risk/reward dynamic for long-term investors
