My Story
Tim Beyers has been a regular Fool contributor since 2003.
He's also a certified geek -- nine out of 10 hipsters surveyed agree. As a freelance writer, he regularly covers the investing implications of new digital technologies. If it clicks, spins, beeps, or tweets, chances are he's covering it in some form.
Tim is also a contributing analyst for David Gardner's Motley Fool Rule Breakers service, where he recommends and invests in disruptive multibaggers in the making. His favorites use technology to create competitive advantage and, consequently, generate mountains and mountains of moolah! Yes, cash! Millions and millions of dollars in cash! Bwahahaha! (Oops, sorry.)
Tim's favorite investing book is still One Up on Wall Street, but Hewitt Heiserman Jr.'s It's Earnings That Count is a close second. He earned his undergraduate degree in communications from California Lutheran University and completed his master's degree in the same field after winning a full graduate scholarship to Syracuse University.
Tim lives with his wife and their three children in suburban Denver. Digitally, he lives on Twitter, where he's known as @milehighfool.
