I "third" it. My Dad worked for NASA administering contract with Jet Propulsion Lab at Cal-Tech and we both had a keen interest in space. I was in JPL auditorium when first moon photos came back line by line- very thrilling.

Mortgage Issue

Not sure if this is right board, but am curious about almost continuous approaches by Wells Fargo Bank to re-finance- no cost. Am currently at 4.85% and this one would be nearer to 3%. Only downside is going to 30 years from 25 years but who cares as [more]
