uneven economic recovery?

It doesn't seem like SE Wisconsin is recovering very well. (I will leave out my theories as to why - I don't think I can do it without getting political.)
Where is a good place to see where it's better or worse in other parts of the US?

I think it depends where you are. Wisconsin is recovering VERY slowly. Co-workers frustrated by a pay freeze or afraid of further cuts are taking jobs out of state.
