Re: FWP

Your carts are green as well, right? We may have the same cart supplier. (same system, one green cart for everything, although THEY DON'T RECYCLE STYROFOAM, which I don't understand, but whatever). We've already had the wheels fall off one, and I [more]

Re: FWP

AS does mine.
Trash & recycling s covered by town taxes. The company who provides these services does a poor job. *

One of our recycle bins was split down the side, from repeated abuse by the garbage guys.

I liked my glass cooktop, too - except that, you really do have to polish it after every use.

Having a dirty house is an option.

Even if it doesn't help the OP, anyone with suggestions for replacing a gas stove is welcome to me, as I need one and it will not require a separate post.

If I had both gas and electric available, I'd really like to have a stove that [more]

Except that... I never told you to "get gas or propane".
What I did say was that gas actually IS an option.
As is cooking over an open campfire or on a Coleman camper stove.
Those are options you may not choose or even

I would remove all the animal products from your list and add beans and fruit and vegetables. :)

Vegetables are what food eats.

Huh? What do you mean?

The paragraph that I responded to mentioned the chance of abduction is low due to a lot of witnesses (other kids) around. If you're the first kid to the bus stop, then there are no witnesses.

I've noticed driving in the morning kids waiting at the bus stop with several cars (usually mini-vans) nearby with adults in them. Just waiting for the bus. Really? I walked to the bus stop and then all us kids hung out till the bus arrived. No [more]

The people I know with glass electric cooktops seem happy with them. This is the first I've heard of them shattering--is it that common?

I don't know if it's common. It took me 14 years to shatter one and it was because I was a [more]

Ah...the previous post seemed to be talking about better filters (to me), not a completely different system. That looks like something one would have to modify one's unit to make fit. But it might be worthwhile if I ever have to do that to ours [more]

Re: ultrasonic cleaning

I like Aprilaire pleated filters. They do a good job of filtering the air and are easy to maintain.
