We don't have to wait until expiration as we can sell them at anytime. Now that I think about it, I've never waited until expiration to sell a call or even allowed them to exercise. I've always sold the call before expiration date.

I think last week or two weeks ago, I bought a few Oct calls with 95 strike. It would be amazing if HHC stock price reached 95 in half a year, but I'm not putting much money down on it.

There was some weird stock price action at the very end of the day...it just went up at the end. I guess that is not bad.

Did you see any surprises n the report, good or bad? To me, it seemed positive overall, but we kind of already knew from their updates that they were making good progress especially with the real estate prices rising in general.

I was not comfortable holding GGP after the spinoff, so I sold a little too early. In hindsight, holding HHC while selling GGP was way more risky, but now with all the progress HHC has made, I feel the situation has reversed.
