my five year ARM mortgage ends its fixed period later this year (2.75% currently during the fixed period). I have a running side bet on whether it adjusts up or down when it enters the variable period

If you are saving scripts it is still probably a littler easier because it isn't as script and comes with all the statistical libraries [more]
