Bought an XL Big Green Egg, with nest and mates (used) for $300.

You should probably turn yourself in to the local law enforcement officers. I think that counts as "stealing".

I recall someone on this list saying that if they smoked something that long it would turn out to be pork jerky. :-)

We went to Edisto Island, SC for Spring Break. The weather was great-- highs around 80, lows around 60.

What's for supper?

We're having a sort of Moroccan-ish spicy chicken recipe, with beans, rice, onions, and bell peppers.
Girl Scout cookies (Samoas and Thin Mints) for dessert.

I'm going to fire up the grill this evening (I have a bunch of beef tenderloin steaks in the freezer).

St. Louis cut spareribs

I got a few racks of these recently (1.99/lb-- about what I am willing to pay for untrimmed ribs).
