Durbin amendment to debit card bill: Let me get this straisght, because I don't live in the USA: Debit card charge the store to pay them when a credit or debit card is used. The fee is to large (so the goverment thinks). Sulution, Let the store charge the fee to the costomer (aditional to the purchase) and let the customer decide if he will pay it or use another card or use cash.
