OOPS! I made a boo boo below. The total payout for 2012 was $1.48 which would be roughly a 3% yield. not 5%.

The $0.70 payout you mention was actually in Jan. of 2012 which resulted in a 5% yield for 2012 based on the current price.

PCAR also paided an $0.80 special payout on 12-28-12 to beat the tax law changes. This

The air force says it don't need them and don't have any pilots to fly them but thanks to Congress the wasteful spending of our money continues.

Ford's Huge Debt Problem

Understanding this point about Ford's debt got me to at least take a look at their stock. Overall I think it is solid. Just slightly concerned with their cash flow and the fact it is trading 8% above it's Graham number.

I have been looking at new trucks. I will always be a full-size truck driver due to my 6'4" frame. It is between GM and Ford. I have never cared for any of the other brands.
