An Interview with DavisFreeberg

Last updated: 3/2/2006
The Fool:
Tell us an amusing anecdote about your childhood.
DavisFreeberg:
When I was a kid my best friend and I decided to both try and make an airplane. We both went home and independently built our self propelled gliders, so that it would double our chances of finding a sucessful design. I made mine out of cardboard and proceeded to jump off our roof. I should have listened to my friend and known that the cardboard would fold. Unfotunately his design of using all wood didn't turn out well for him either.
The Fool:
Are there any local companies in your area that Fools should consider for investment?
DavisFreeberg:
I live in the bay area and there are too many companies that Fools should consider. I've got my personal favorites, but right now the real money isn't being made in the stock market but in venture capital backed private ventures. The ones I'm most excited about are digg.com, technorati.com & Tech Memeorandum.
The Fool:
What's the one thing you'd MOST like to see The Motley Fool add to our service or improve upon?
DavisFreeberg:
I think they should allow for an RSS feed on their stock boards, as well as the ability to sign up for an RSS feed on a specific author.
