I wonder though that even if government does not pay as much in future people would still need these facilities.

But I agree that financial stress for some operators can bring them down.

CBL is today suffering from accelerated bankruptcies and store closures of certain specific tenants but we do not expect these problems to last forever.

I think it's an optics problem when things are going well and you can point to solid returns and transparent behavior.
