Two factors:
- the share buy back decrease shares in issue by abuot 4% so increase EPS by about 4%
- the pref buy back saves about $400m - $500m in coupons each year, so perhaps 4 cents pre tax or roughly 3 cents post tax

Analyst consnsus is for 11 cents. I think thats about right, perhaps a little less, but then also BAC having authority for a share buy back
