Re: why was that an interception?

Right or wrong (most likely wrong), my first reaction to the play before the replays kicked in, was that it was a case of "dual possession" in which case by rule the ball belongs to the offensive player.

And that's what I [more]

Re: why was that an interception?

Thomas caught the ball but Nelson took the ball from Thomas. Nelson had possession as they went out of bounds.

Thanks. They didn't show a great replay, and I couldn't tell that Nelson had possession, and so that's why he got the [more]

Re: why was that an interception?

Dalton's interception was tipped by Green and run back by Talib. No Bengal receiver ever had possession.

That was the pick six, and I saw that one. Maybe I just have my teams confused, but it was the play where the receiver and the [more]

Can someone explain to me why that early interception where Andy Dalton threw the pass, and the Bengals receiver caught it, but then the Broncos defender grabbed the ball that was already in the Bengals' hand, and they both fought for it before going [more]

I didn't go much beyond that.

Re: Discover bonus cashback

Maybe next December they'll send me an offer worth taking.

Maybe they will. For me, having to spend $1000 between now and Feb to earn an additional $100 cashback is a good deal. In fact, I just charged DH's recent dental work to it, [more]

Exactly. You know your heirs. If you expect trouble, hire the best.

If you expect amicable acceptance, it may not be so critical.

Re: Happy (motoring) Days are Here Again

Costco gas in Cedar Park, TX was $2.39 this afternoon.

I sure hope prices like that reach MA soon. Prices are going down, and BJ's was $2.79 the other day, but that's still 40 cents more than you are paying in TX.
